In addition to our Sunday services, we have various other activities for people to be involved in. You can find out more about them here:

Adult Ministries

Growth group

A way of fostering deeper connections with fellow Christians. We enjoy spending time with one another over a cuppa, reading the Bible and discussing it together, and spend time in prayer for one another. It is a great way of nurturing our faith in a way that isn't possible in the larger gatherings on Sundays. We meet weekly on Tuesday mornings. Please contact us to find out more

C.U. (Churchwomen’s Union)

Monthly meetings and fundraising events throughout the year

Aged Care Ministries

Pastoral visitation

If you or someone you know would like a pastoral care visit, please contact us

Chapel Service at Harden Grange Aged Care Community

We conduct an Anglican communion service for Harden Grange residents in the Chapel on the 1st Tuesday of every month at 2.00pm

"Happy Hearts"

This program involves a Christian talk, prayer and music/sing-along. We run this at Harden Grange Aged Care Community on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 1.30pm, and at the Harden Nursing Home on the 2nd Tuesday at 2.00pm

Youth Ministries

Connect

CURRENTLY ON HOLD DUE TO CORONAVIRUS RESTRICTIONS

A weekly lunchtime Christian group run by our parish every Tuesday at Murrumburrah High School for students from years 7-12. This is a voluntary group involving snacks, games and a relaxed conversation about the Christian faith. Students are offered a ‘safe space’ to discuss faith in a non- threatening environment and ask questions, or just have a chat!

Children Ministries

Children’s Church

Age-appropriate kids' activities offered each Sunday during SALT church (4.00pm at the Parish Hall).

Special Religious Eduction (SRE)

Special Religious Education (SRE)

Our parish is part of the Harden-Murrumburrah Combined Churches’ Youth Ministry Committee, which provides SRE in the local school. We assist with providing this weekly program at Murrumburrah Public School and monthly at Binalong Public School. Further information is available through each school.

We take the safety and well-being of people in our community very seriously, which is why all our children’s workers, pastoral carers and other ministry leaders (e.g. parish councillors) are required to have a current Working With Children Check and to have completed the Anglican Diocese “Creating Safe Ministries” Training program
